Sister Ellen White was shown that the sign that the end of probation has arrived would be a large fireball destroying mansions as a judgment from God.
"I saw an immense ball of fire fall among some beautiful mansions, causing their instant destruction. I heard someone say: “We knew that the judgments of God were coming upon the earth, but we did not know that they would come so soon.” Others, with agonized voices, said: “You knew! Why then did you not tell us? We did not know.”—Testimonies for the Church 9:28 (1909). {LDE 25.1}
Since 2005 the reported sightings of fireballs have skyrocketed as seen in this report from the American Meteor Society.

This next quote was written after Mrs White visited Copenhagen in July of 1886;
"But as she gazed down on the great city her thoughts turned from its noble past to its clouded future. She began to imagine what it would be like the day Christ comes. “This city is given up to pleasure and worldliness,” she said. “Beer-drinking and card-playing, dancing and revelling, absorb the attention of the people.” The people of Copenhagen, like the dwellers in Sodom, would wake only when it was too late, she said." {EGWE 209.3}
Then she had this vision...
"As the sun arose for the last time upon the cities of the plain, the people thought to commence another day of godless riot. All were eagerly planning their business or their pleasure, and the messenger of God was derided for his fears and his warnings. Suddenly as the thunder peal from an unclouded sky, fell balls of fire on the doomed capital. “So shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” The people will be eating and drinking, planting and building, marrying and giving in marriage, until the wrath of God shall be poured out without mixture of mercy. The world will be rocked to sleep in the cradle of carnal security.... The multitudes are striving to forget God, and they eagerly accept fables, that they may pursue the path of self-indulgence undisturbed (The Review and Herald, October 26, 1886). {5BC 1122.4}
On January 17th 2009 this prophecy almost came true in one of the most spectacular fireballs ever recorded. This video shows a fireball over Denmark and Sweden that almost made impact. These like the Megacryometeors are warnings from heaven that the four winds are about to be let loose.
Luke 17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. 31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. 32 Remember Lot's wife.
So when we see the fireball destroy a heavily populated area full of mansions it is our sign to flee from the cities.

The meteor explosion over Chelyabinsk, Russia, on Feb. 15 was the first video-recorded meteor known to cause substantial damage and injuries. It was the largest airburst on the planet since the famed Tunguska event in 1908, also in Russia. Divers recovered a coffee-table-size chunk of the Chelyabinsk meteoriteweighing about 1,430 pounds (650 kilograms), the largest fragment unearthed yet, from the bottom of Russia's Lake Chebarkul on Oct. 16. Satellites also watched it streak through the atmosphere."

With the evidence proving that there are five times as many sightings of near earth asteroids and fireballs combined with the prophetic warnings from Mrs Ellen White we should be made aware how close we are to the last days. With all of this evidence combined with the fulfillment of end time biblical and Spirit of Prophecy prophecies we should be prepared for what is soon to come!

Between 2000 and 2013, this infrasound system catalogued 26 major explosions on Earth.
None were caused by A-bombs; they were all the result of asteroid strikes.
They ranged in energy from one to 600 kilotons. By way of comparison, the bomb that destroyed the Japanese city of Hiroshima was a 15-kiloton device.

Well there have been many warnings that the earth has almost been hit by large meteors in the past couple of years...including the one that did hit Russia the same day that several other meteors passed over in "Near Earth" encounters.
